WuXi AppTec reportedly transferred a US consumer’s intellectual property to Chinese authorities, American intelligence officials advised Congress in February.
Acwireing to a Reuters report published Thursday morning, officials from multiple US agencies briefed senators in late February in regards to the transfer that reportedly occurred without condespatched. The officials advised the senators they had been concerned about WuXi AppTec and other unnamed Chinese companies engaging in conduct that ran towards US interests.
