Jerry Seinfeld didn’t precisely have a grrrrrr-eat time starring alongside Hugh Grant of their upcoming movie, Unfrosted: The Pop-Tart Story.
The comic, who additionally co-wrote and directed the venture, revealed on Wednesday’s episode of The Tonight Present that he discovered Grant — who performs Thurl Ravenscroft, the voice of Kellogg’s Tony the Tiger — very troublesome to work with on set.
“We had a lot of fights. He’s a ache within the ass to work with. He’s horrible,” Seinfeld recalled. “He tells you earlier than you’re employed with him, ‘You’re gonna hate this.’ And he’s so proper.”

No matter how the audition went, Seinfeld was able to solid him. “Like I care what the audition was,” he teased. “I’m going, ‘Yeah, certain, you’re Tony the Tiger, certain.’”
Seinfeld later revealed that Grant ended up having fun with the movie too by revealing a current textual content that the Notting Hill actor had despatched him. “Simply watched the movie. To my nice shock I favored it. Laughed out loud,” it learn. “All actors have been good. Even you. Love, Hugh.”
