A big-scale experiment in Antarctica could clear up one of many biggest enigmas in physics: the existence of quantum gravity.
The College of Copenhagen researchers are a part of this scientific exploration happening on the IceCube Neutrino Observatory positioned close to the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in Antarctica.
It consists of hundreds of sensors overlaying huge areas to detect and monitor neutrinos — the ghostly particles reaching Earth from outer area.
