New Delhi: The Nationwide Investigation Company (NIA) on Monday filed a chargesheet towards 4 accused within the Rameswaram cafe blast case in Bengaluru. The central probe company revealed how the ISIS-influenced conspirators had beforehand plotted different assaults.
